We are able to offer our clients carer support at home this can include overnight support, housekeeping visits, and personal care services. We aim to make day to day life of our clients as easy as possible allowing them to stay in their homes and not have to move out. The home care service is tailored to the requirements of our clients through a personalised care plan which is catered to your loved one’s lifestyle and preferences. You can book regular appointments, or this can be settled on an ad hoc basis as and when the client needs it.
We can also provide assistance with the following:
- Light housework
- Shopping
- Assistance with laundry and ironing
- Assistance with the preparation of meals and feeding if required
- Help and support in moving and getting out and about
